1. WHAT IS KAP?
KAP stands for Kundalini Activation Process.


KAP is a unique modality that focuses on the direct transmission of life force energy and non-dual consciousness that activates the Kundalini awakening process.

KAP sessions allow us to awaken this Kundalini energy which is often dormant in each of us.

Once activated a profound rewiring of the brain and nervous system takes place with continued exposure.  
 
 
During a session, participants may experience spontaneous physical movements, emotional releases, and heightened states of consciousness.

These experiences are often described as deeply healing and transformative, allowing individuals to release energetic blockages, heal trauma, and connect with their higher selves.



Some see it as a cathartic experience or something that gives them profound realizations. But these are just some of the effects that can occur.

2. DURING A KAP SESSION
You lie down on a yoga mat, you close your eyes. Music is played. I can touch or press certain meridian points on your body. That’s it.
 

This is how a KAP session takes place seen from the outside. What happens inside is a whole other story…  

During a session you may feel the energy awakening and flowing in different ways.

Experiences that may happen:
⋖ Kinesthetic: spasms, involuntary movements, mudras, yoga postures…
⋖ Energetic: cold, hot, tingling, heavy feeling, yawning…
⋖ Emotional: laughter, tears, cries, state of deep well-being, joy, impatience…
⋖ Visual: bright lights, strobes, colours, images, visions, people, …
⋖ Altered states of consciousness: from deep relaxation to heightened states of awareness, or mystical experiences  
⋖ Non-dual experiences: moments of pure consciousness where the dualistic separation between subject and object, self and other, vanishes. The separation between “I” and the rest of existence fades away.  


By awakening your life force during KAP sessions, you can experience a clearing of blocked emotions and somatised traumas in your body. With continued exposure, KAP allows you to balance your energy centers and increase your ability to feel more.  

Everyone will experience it in their own unique way; energy provides exactly what we need at the moment but also what we are ready to receive from it.

3. WHY KAP?
The transmission of KAP is different from any classic Kundalini practice and goes beyond just Kundalini.
KAP is a descending life force where the energy enters from the top of the crown and works its way toward the root, and eventually activates the Kundalini at the root chakras and starts to flow both ways.

This creates a more powerful but gradual awakening process than most people have ever experienced and is often described as very natural.



Non-duality is experienced through energetic embodiment.
KAP emphasizes the somatic, energetic experience of non-duality, not just the mental or cognitive understanding.
It is a felt experience in the body.

This is key in KAP: the body becomes a vehicle for awakening, and participants may experience non-dual awareness not just as an abstract concept but as a lived reality.

The sensation of being interconnected with all life, the oneness of all energy, can be physically and emotionally felt.

Participants might feel that their body and energy merge with the environment or the universe, creating an experience where the body itself becomes an expression of non-dual awareness.

In KAP, the Kundalini energy works to dismantle the egoic structures by moving through energetic blockages in the body, clearing out limiting beliefs, emotions, and mental patterns that uphold the illusion of separateness.


As KAP facilitators we go through intense energy transmissions to open our energetic pathways, allowing us to channel specific energies to others.

This happens in a state of surrender to the energy we’re attuned to and creates a lineage of connection between us, our teacher, and the person(s) we are serving.

The signature of the KAP lineage and the founder Venant Wong is that facilitators generally go through this awakening while also staying grounded and connected to their bodies and this world.  
 

Even though clients might go through deep healing and have strong experiences on a spiritual level, the focus in KAP is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness. What matters is not what happens in a session, but the great shifts in your life after sessions.

I have no experience with energy practices, yoga or meditation, can I still participate?

Yes!! Experienced or not, the best way to show up for a KAP session is with a beginner’s mind. If you are sensitive to this energy, it has nothing to do with experience, KAP is feeling, it is not knowing. All you have to do is relax and have an open mind.

What is the difference between in-person and online activation?

Online KAP sessions are not much different from in-person sessions. Some are more comfortable relaxing and receiving energy in a group setting while others are more comfortable at home. This can affect the intensity felt during a session. Some people find the online energy slightly gentler, while others find it just as powerful. Beginners may need more than one session to practice online rather than in person.

What happens after a KAP session?

There are a range of things that can happen after a KAP session, including early and later signs of Kundalini awakening. The sessions offered come from an energetic lineage that contains a wide range of frequencies beneficial for higher states of consciousness and spiritual growth in addition to traditional Kundalini signs/symptoms. This process removes energetic blockages and connects you to your higher self/source, it will be experienced differently by each individual.

Can the sessions physically heal my body?

KAP sessions do not replace medical or psychological attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. This process is primarily aimed at spiritual growth and deepening consciousness. However, many students report physical healings early on, after just one or a few sessions. But of course, this is not guaranteed nor is it the primary objective.

Who shouldn’t do a session?

KAP is not recommended for people prone to mania, delirium, or psychosis. The sessions are contraindicated for people prone to epilepsy, with severe heart diseases. As this process will increase your ability to feel, you will need to be able to manage the emotional process between sessions. If this proves too difficult to manage alone, we recommend that you do not continue with the sessions. Sessions are accessible from 18 years old.

I’m pregnant, can I still attend a KAP session?

If you are pregnant and in your third trimester, we recommend waiting until after birth to continue KAP. Before the third trimester (7-9 months), you can attend provided that you feel well and can easily participate in activities such as gym activities or yoga, for example. Always inform your facilitator that you are pregnant before a session. It is the client’s responsibility to know their individual limits as recommended by their doctor and to know positions to avoid that may be harmful to the mother or baby.

I’m depressed/anxious, can I still attend a KAP session?

Yes. Many participants report that the sessions helped them combat their anxiety/depression. Just be aware that if you take antidepressants, you may be less sensitive to energy.

How do I prepare for a KAP session, what are the recommendations?

In order to have maximum energy available for the session, it is recommended not to eat at least three hours before the session, and preferably fruits and vegetables before, drinking plenty of water the same day. The lighter you come, the better. Avoid coffee/tea on the day of the session. For 24 hours before the session, do not consume any kind of drugs and avoid alcohol.

How many KAP sessions should you do?

There are no rules, it will depend on everyone’s reactions during and after the sessions. But also what it brings you and how far you want to go. The important thing is to listen to your intuition, your body, and your energy, to know how many sessions to practice. The more we expose ourselves to energy, the greater the changes in our lives. One session can already bring benefits and begin a transformation, but the people who see the most change are the people who come to several sessions and work with the energy regularly.

How long to wait between sessions?

Again there are no rules. The important thing is to listen to your own rhythm and respect an integration time after a session which can vary from one individual to another. To know when the time is right to participate in a session again, just listen to yourself. It is recommended to do one KAP session per week.

How many KAP sessions should you do?

There is no specific number of sessions that you have to do. Each person has a different rhythm, and integrates the sessions differently. The important thing is to listen to your intuition, your body, and your energy, to know how many sessions to practice.

The more we work with energy, the more wonderful results we have in our lives.

One session can already bring benefits, but the people who see the most changes are people who have come to several sessions and work with the energy regularly.
